I have started recently Sharparena.com, a developer community focused on the .NET framework and the # languages, C#, F# and J#.

CODEXPERT Community
If you speak Romanian you can find me at codexpert.ro, a community for Romanian programmers that use C++ in general and VC++ in particular. The Codexpert website offers tehnical articles, and of course the possiblity to contribute with articles, and forum with many members experts in the field.
